Sweet Oatmeal & Wheat Pancakes
Sweet Oatmeal and Wheat Pancakes are delicious breakfast treats for little ones which can be put together in a hurry and are nutritious too

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon or just a dash of cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 cup water or a little less
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fruit salt I use Eno
- 2 teaspoon oil for greasing the pan prior to frying
Mix all ingredients (except the fruit salt & oil) to make a smooth batter
Add the fruit salt & stir well. Set aside for 2minutes
Heat a griddle/tawa and grease it with some oil
Spread a ladle full of batter in the centre with a circular motion
Cover & cook until golden brown on both sides
Serve hot with honey & orange segments (I only used honey)
