1tablespoonorange marmalade, plus extra to garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk lightly. Add the salt & pepper to taste.
Heat butter in a frying pan, pour the egg-milk mixture and cook the eggs on a medium heat for a few seconds. Spread the marmalade on top and fold the omelette into half.
Flip and let cook on the other side. Remove and place on a serving plate. Garnish with more marmalade if desired.
