Ham Sandwich
This super delicious ham and cheese sandwich is a quick fix for hunger pangs and and a perfect snack for picnics or get togethers. Takes less than 10 mins to put together.

8 slices of sandwich bread 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 8 lettuce leaves cleaned 2 large cucumbers 4 large slices of ham 4 cheese singles/slices
Thinly slice the cucumbers diagonally and keep aside. Wash and pat the lettuce leaves dry. There should be no traces of water
Apply half a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of bread, then place two lettuce leaves followed by the cucumber slices
Place the slice of ham and a slice of the cheese on top of it and cover with the remaining slice of bread
Trim off the browned edges of the bread if desired. Slice the sandwich diagonally into half and serve
