Ingredients
2very ripe plantains (nendra baley)
1tablespoonghee for frying
caster or fine sugar for garnish
Instructions
Peel the plantains and cut them in half, then cut each half into thin slices (lengthwise)
Heat ghee in a frying pan/skillet and shallow fry the plantain slices on a medium heat till golden brown on both sides. Drain the excess ghee and transfer them to a serving plate
