Date & Walnut Bites are delectable little treats that do not use any refined sugar. The sweetness comes from the dates so you can enjoy them guilt free!

Ingredients
140grams1 cup walnuts
150grams1 cup pitted dates (I used 7 Medjool dates)
3tablespoonssesame seeds
4teaspoonscoconut oil
1/2cupdesiccated coconut
Instructions
Pulse the walnuts in a food processor till they turn crumbly, like coarse sand.
Add the dates, sesame seeds, coconut oil and pulse a little more until the mixture comes together like a dough
Transfer the mixture to a plate and pinch out gooseberry (amla) sized portions, roll between the palms of your hand and roll them in the desiccated coconut.
