Nutritious Green Chutney

This is a perfect chutney to go along with the Cucumber Pancakes. Its from my favourite booklet on Breakfast recipes by Tarla Dalal

Nutritious Green Chutney
You Need:
  • 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped
  • 3/4 cup onions, sliced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste
Method:
Grind all the above ingredients to a smooth paste & serve.
